Approving Agency’s/ Regulatory Body’s Requirement for Mining, Quarrying and Mineral Processing Sector
Employer who intends to employ expatriates (Category I, Category II) and knowledge/skilled worker(s) (Category III) must ensure that the conditions and criteria set by the Expatriate Services Division are fully complied with. All related information as required must be stated clearly and accurate, and all related documents must be uploaded (complete document(s)) when making an application through the Xpats Gateway portal.
