JMG Cyber Security Incident Response Team (JMG CSIRT)

JMG CSIRT receives reports, coordinates response activities and assists with the management of cybersecurity incidents involving JMG systems, accounts, websites, applications and digital services.

When to report an incident

  • Suspicious email or a suspected phishing attempt.
  • An account that may have been compromised.
  • Unauthorised access to a system, account or information.
  • A website or system changed without authorisation.
  • Malware or ransomware infection.
  • Suspected data or information exposure.
  • A service disruption suspected to result from a security incident.

Information to include

  • Date and time of the incident.
  • Name of the affected system or application.
  • A concise description of what happened and any observed impact.
  • Screenshots or other relevant evidence, if available.
  • Your name and contact details for follow-up.
