Client Charter Compliance Technical Services Division (BPT)

BPT has fulfilled and fulfills the requirements set out in the Charter within the scope of BPT services as follows:

Types of Services Service Quality Standards
Mineral and Geoscience Information Meet a predetermined period of time to provide information to customers.
Specialty Services Always comply with the time frame agreed upon with the customer to carry out and complete the project contracted to the CPM as well as the preparation of the study report.
Laboratory Services

Always meet the prescribed period of two weeks to prepare a report analyzing the customer after the sample is received and processed.

However, with the acquisition of ICP-OES and XRF recently, some analysis methodology is being reviewed by the laboratory with the aim of speeding up the process and shortening the "turn-around time" to complete the analysis, particularly for samples of industrial minerals often sent by the client department.

In addition, certification accreditation MS ISO / IEC 17025 for specific tests are also being undertaken by the laboratory to ensure quality of service provided to customers.
